Panasonic Unveils A Compact Speaker System Designed Exclusively For iPod Use

Published Dec 22, 2009

Panasonic’s SC-SP100 is a high quality 2.1 channel audio system, designed specifically to impress even the most enthusiastic iPods and iPhone users.

The SD-SP100 not only plays music, but simultaneously allows for updating data in the docked iPod or iPhone, while charging the connected units.

“Technology must be designed to empower the customer, and with Panasonic’s SC-SP100, iPod and iPhone users across the Middle East can benefit from the versatility of a sound system that fits into small areas,” said Hitesh Ojha, Senior Manager – AV Categories, Panasonic Marketing, Middle East.

“A superior speaker system, the SC-SP100 is designed to deliver maximum iPod listening pleasure with its subwoofers and dual passive radiator enhancing bass sounds. Listeners can look forward to experiencing unrivalled sound quality.”

The SC-SP100 has a special Down-Fire structure which disperses bass sounds downwards, the floor surface then acts as a reflector to create deep dynamic bass that is almost unimaginable for the compact SP100.

Music data can be transferred from a PC to a docked iPod or iPhone by simply connecting the PC to the SC-SP100 with a USB cable, eliminating the need to remove the iPod or iPhone from the SC-SP100. With these and other features, the SC-SP100 makes it easy to enjoy high-fidelity, superior quality music from an iPod at home.
