Mediterranean Smart Cards Company Receives 2009 Cardex Banking Technology Leadership Award

Mediterranean Smart Cards Company (MSCC) was chosen to receive the Banking Technology Leadership Award at the as recent Cardex 2009 Digital Identity Conference and Expo Middle East and Africa. The award was presented to Hoda Shoukry, MSCC Managing Director, by Amr Shawki, Chairman of Egytech Engineering, on the final day of the conference. MSCC was given the award in recognition of its industry leadership, technological innovation and landmark achievements across the region and Africa, particularly over the past year.
“Over the past few years, MSCC has made great strides to introduce the region to the vast benefits our smart card processing services and operational support can provide to all stakeholders,” said Hoda Shoukry, MSCC Managing Director. “We’re extremely honored to receive this notable award and are privileged to have the opportunity to showcase the expertise and abilities of the Egyptian market.”
MSCC participated in Cardex for the third consecutive year as it continues to pursue its vision to export Egypt’s technological expertise and industry know-how on an international scale, showcasing the competitiveness and capability of the Egyptian market. MSCC hosted a booth in the conference exhibition hall to provide visitors with insight into the company’s latest technological advances in the electronic payment card processing industry.
