Nawras Expands Stores To Help More Customers

To meet increased demand and help more customers, Nawras has expanded its eye-catching retail outlets at Muscat International Airport and Lulu Hypermarket at Darsait. Delivering a unique retail experience, Nawras Stores are growing in size and number to meet the varied communication requirements of all members of the fastest growing family in Oman. There are now 22 Nawras Stores across the Sultanate where friendly professionals serve customers in a pleasingly different way.

At Muscat International Airport, customers and arriving passengers were recently invited to join the inauguration ceremony of the redesigned Nawras kiosk where they were given coffee and halwa to enjoy while exchanging ideas and presenting feedback on their communication experience. Nawras executive committee members including CEO Ross Cormack and Chief Operating Officer Khalid Al Mahmoud were joined by George Billow, CEO and Stephen Brown, Commercial Operations Manager of Oman Airport Management Company SAOC. After admiring the kiosk’s new look, the Nawras executives thanked customers for their valuable support and took time to share details of the company’s customer-friendly strategy and pleasingly different service.

“The new look kiosk is bright and refreshing like Nawras and reflects our dedication to delivering the highest levels of customer-friendly technology in a clear and transparent way,” said manager Haithem Al-Zadjali. “We have one of the many new self service machines that have been installed all over the country which are making it really quick and convenient for customers to recharge their accounts or pay their bill. Our work area is more comfortable and efficient to work in now and our customers are telling us that they like the new style too.”

At Lulu hypermarket in Darsait, Nawras has moved to a different location and expanded with the opening of a new, fully-fledged Nawras Store reflecting the latest, exciting design concept which was first unveiled at City Centre Qurm. In the new spacious interior customers can experience popular interactive features including touch screen panels, digital brochures and interactive live phones. Nawras Stores are designed for fun and to allow customers to enjoy finding out more about the Sultanate’s customer friendly communications provider and its pleasingly different way of doing things.
