Nawras has launched its amazing value E5 Wi-Fi modem to make it easier than ever for more customers to get closer via the internet. With the sleek looking E5 on sale for only 69 Rials including free SIM-card and free memory card, it is now simple and quick as well as cost effective to create a flexible Nawras Wi-Fi hotspot with up to five users able to enjoy this one internet access.

Mohsin Khan, product manager-data solutions, said, “The new E5 Wi-Fi modem is the first standalone device from Nawras that enables customers to have their own personal Wi-Fi hotspot wherever they choose. Now there is no need to search for public or paid Wi-Fi networks, you can simply turn on your E5 unit and conveniently connect to your phone, iPod, laptop, PlayStation and so on, wherever you are.”

Like all Nawras products, the E5 has been thoroughly tested by Nawras people before launch to make it quick and straightforward for customers to set up as well as being easy to use. By living the customer experience, Nawras has even made it simple for Mousbak (prepaid) customers to do a balance enquiry or recharge their account for example, without needing to move their SIM-card to a handset.

Sold with a free Nawras Ajel SIM-card, the matt black wireless modem is compact with a length of only nine centimetres but is big on features which include a Micros SD slot for the free memory card, clear LED display panel and SMS service. The modem offers upload speeds of up to 5.76 Mbps and download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps.

The E5, along with other modems and routers, can be tested at any Nawras Store where friendly professionals are on hand to help customers make the right choices to meet their individual needs and usage styles.

Nawras is the only operator in Oman to provide customers with a caring and dedicated team of internet specialists who help when needed to set up internet access for individual customers or businesses, in and around the capital city.

In recognition of its pleasingly different style of customer care, Nawras, a Qtel Group company was honoured in 2009 with the award for ‘Customer Service Provider of the Year Middle East and Africa’ by CommsMEA and ‘Middle East Call Centre of the Year’ by INSIGHTS.
