The Etisalat Academy Announces Dates For The 9th Middle East HR Conference & Expo

The Etisalat Academy announced the dates for the 9th Middle East HR Conference & Expo, which will take place on 5th and 6th May 2010, at Atlantis – The Palm Dubai. The conference is held this year under the theme of ‘HR Takes the Lead’ and it will discuss the impact of proactive Human Resource strategies on the organization’s success.
David Brennan, General Manager of the Etisalat Academy said: “The world has lived through a challenging economic environment in the last two years. This has given more significance to HR strategy. At the Etisalat Academy we are committed to add value to the business sector in the region and to keep pace of all international and regional issues that affect industry. In its 9th edition the ME HR Conference will cover a wide range of topics from proactive HR, the creation of leadership pipelines, the use of dramatic and visual arts in HR management, to organisational alignment and organisational change. More over participants will receive a copy of ‘Managing’ by Henry Mintzberg, a must read book for managers and aspiring managers.
