Fujitsu Technology Solutions Appoints New Middle East Channel Director

Fujitsu Technology Solutions has appointed Hussein Shehab to lead its channel operations as Channel Director for Sales and Operations in the Middle East. Shehab will manage Fujitsu’s entire Middle East channel team, and has been entrusted with the task of developing the Fujitsu Select Partner Program across the region to ensure channel capability, capacity and coverage.
“Shehab’s appointment to the new role comes at a crucial time when Fujitsu enhances its focus on the regions’ channel,” said Farid Al Sabbagh, Managing Director, for Fujitsu Technology Solutions in the Middle East. “Fujitsu is committed to our customers and channel partners in the region. Shehab brings immense experience to our partner community and will play a key role in driving Fujitsu’s business further.”
Shehab joined Fujitsu Technology Solutions as Country Manager for Egypt in 2006. During this time, he played a significant role in increasing revenues by more than 112 percent year-on-year, in addition to developing the existing channel community in Egypt. Prior to this, he spent six years building new channels and establishing a retail market for notebooks as product manager at Fujitsu Services Egypt, a role he began back in 2001.
