Kanoo Information Technology Appointed As IBM Approved Warranty Service Provider

IBM, the leading manufacturer of Servers and Storage systems has appointed Kanoo Information Technology as the Approved Warranty Service Provider (AWSP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain for their System X- (Intel & AMD based Servers, Storages and Accessories) product line.
IBM announced the new appointment after Kanoo IT's successful completion of all mandatory training and certification requirements for taking up this challenging responsibility. Kanoo IT is now authorised to provide service to all IBM customers whose Servers / Storages are covered under the manufacturer warranty within the warranty period.
Existing IBM customers also can now take advantage of Kanoo IT's services as an authorized IBM partner for availing "Warranty Services".
"By offering quality after sales service to IBM and Lenovo customers, we want to ensure that our customers get the best value for their purchase decisions making their association with Kanoo IT, an emotionally rewarding experience.", said Mr. Waleed Kanoo, GM - Kanoo IT highlighting on the immediate goals as an IBM AWSP.
With this achievement, Kanoo IT automatically qualifies as a Warranty Service Provider for IBM- Lenovo PC products including desktops and notebooks. Customers now has the choice among various service options such as on site as well as carry in service.
The appointment of Kanoo IT as AWSP was formally announced at a ceremony recently held at the IBM regional office in Dubai.
Receiving the agreement for Kanoo IT, Mr. Ramgopal, AGM said, "It was important for us to achieve the IBM / Lenovo approved warranty service provider status. We are now able to not only support our own customers but to also serve the existing and growing number of IBM / Lenovo customer's in the region".
