Jordan Ahli Bank Looks To The Future With Latest Innovations From Microsoft

Jordan Ahli Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft Jordan in which Microsoft will provide the necessary resources to Jordan Ahli Bank to build IT capacity and develop areas of competencies, which, in return, will drive increased user productivity and customer-satisfaction, as well as maximize profits and reduce costs. Microsoft Jordan will also support Jordan Ahli Bank’s roadmap of transformation to develop into the ‘Bank of the Future,’ by deploying the latest innovations from Microsoft technologies.

Rula Ammuri, Microsoft Jordan Country Manager stated, “Jordan Ahli Bank is striving for increased efficiencies in this ever-increasing complexity of the financial services industry, therefore they will be investing in a comprehensive IT transformation using the latest innovations from Microsoft to become the Bank of the Future. Technology has long been a key enabler within the banking industry, and we believe that it is important for Jordan Ahli Bank to invest in IT in order to successfully achieve their long-term transformation initiatives.”

The strategic partnership focuses on enhancing the bank’s IT capacity in the areas of Enterprise Program for IT transformation, Core Banking Project, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Debit Card Management System and Payment Switch Replacement, System Management, Integrated Desktop at the Bank and Call Center, Customer Relationship Management, and Operational Data Store and Business Intelligence (BI).
