The Etisalat Academy 9th Middle East HR Conference & Expo To Kick Off In Dubai, Wednesday 5th May 2010

The Etisalat Academy announced that it will open the 9th Middle East HR Conference and Expo on Wednesday 5th May 2010, at Atlantis – The Palm Jumeirah. The event is taking place under the patronage of H.E. Humaid Al Qatami, the Minister of Education and the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
The Minister of Education will open the conference with a keynote in which he will address the importance of human resources strategies throughout the changing global business environment. These policies bring the benefits of human resources and help organizations achieve increased levels of efficiency, productivity, competitiveness, business excellence and quality.

The conference will be held this year under the theme of ‘HR Takes the Lead’ and it will discuss the impact of proactive Human Resource strategies on an organization’s success.
The 9th HR Conference will host an assembly of dynamic and inspiring speakers who represent a variety of backgrounds, countries and organizations. During the two days of the event, speakers will share their experience in cutting edge proactive HR strategies and effective leadership with more than 500 delegates including corporate executives, leaders of public, private and non-profit organizations, founding members of activist groups, bestselling book authors, visionary researchers and consultants.
The conference will cover a wide range of topics from proactive HR, the creation of leadership pipelines, the use of dramatic and visual arts in HR management, to organisational alignment and organisational change. More over participants will receive a copy of ‘Managing’ by Henry Mintzberg, a must-read book for managers and aspiring managers.
