Canon I-Sensys Laser Products Win Three Buyer’s Laboratory Inc. Awards

Canon Middle East celebrates winning three ‘Pick of the Year’ awards from Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI), the office equipment industry's leading independent authority and provider of competitive testing and reviews.

The i-SENSYS LBP3010 was picked as an ‘Outstanding Personal Workgroup Monochrome Printer’, while the i-SENSYS MF4380dn won for ‘Outstanding Personal Workgroup Monochrome Multifunction Printer’.

The i-SENSYS MF8450 picked up the ‘Outstanding Small Workgroup Colour Multifunction Printer’ award.

These awards recognise Canon’s technology leadership in these important market segments.

i-SENSYS LBP3010: Outstanding Personal Workgroup Monochrome Printer

The i-SENSYS MF4380dn is the perfect solution for small businesses.

Featuring a 50-sheet Duplex ADF, the device is capable of automatic double sided copying, scanning and faxing as well as printing.

The MF4380dn offers Ethernet networking capabilities, allowing busy small workgroups to share printing, scanning (on Windows) and faxing resources.

“We were impressed by the i-SENSYS MF4380dn’s very good print quality and very good overall print productivity,” said David Sweetnam, BLI European Lab and Research Manager.

The network ready i-SENSYS MF8450 is a colour laser multifunctional that sets new standards in colour quality and speed, and is therefore ideal for small businesses looking to use colour to expand.

A powerful compact solution, it incorporates many of the advanced technologies found in Canon’s high end imaging devices, delivering superior productivity, reliability, usability and efficiency.

The device features Canon’s powerful SEND functionality which enables users to scan documents quickly and easily for distribution via email, network file server, FTP server, Internet fax or USB memory key.

“In addition to its flawless reliability test performance, we were impressed by the wealth of ease of use features that Canon has added to the i-SENSYS MF8450, such as the swivel-mounted 3.5-inch colour TFT screen and a scroll wheel for fast data entry when carrying out scanning tasks.

The ability of the device to pull multiple jobs off the network at once also ensures that bottlenecks are kept to a minimum when the device is shared in a busy environment,” concluded David.
