Hamptons Launches First iPhone Application In The Middle East For Instant Property Search

Hamptons International, the premier property services company with a global portfolio of prestigious projects, has launched the first of its kind iPhone application in the Middle East that assures instant search results for properties locally and internationally.
The software that can be downloaded for free from the iPhone App store, will allow users to search for sales and rental properties locally and internationally. They can then contact Hamptons property experts instantly by phone or e-mail.
A spokesperson of Hamptons International said:
" Now the customers are tech-savvy and it is important to be innovative to reach out to them. The new iPhone application is aimed at enhancing their ease of access to our global property portfolio. The application will enable customers to locate their preferred property, go through prices and make an informed decision, wherever they are.”
Among the various features of the application are full property descriptions and images; searches for property for sale or lease locally and internationally; and options to save the search preferences; shortlist the properties and email preferences to friends or family.
The application also supports multiple currencies thus helping users assess property prices and values in their preferred currency. The can select their country and preferred currency enabling users to search both locally and internationally in their desired currency. It also offers improved image resolution support for viewing on iPads.
