Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited (ASPCL) and Moalajah, its utility company, hosted a meeting with major Ajman government bodies to review progress to date and discuss ways of integrating operations within the Emirate’s future development plans.
Ms. Aisha Al-Abdooli, ASPCL’s technical services manager, began the meeting by presenting the company’s achievements during its current fiscal year. She concluded by stressing the need to integrate ASPCL’s actions with operations undertaken by the government bodies whose managers and directors were in attendance. The participants expressed, in the discussions that followed her presentation, their agreement and intentions to sustain that vision.
Ms. Al-Abdooli then went on to introduce ASPCL Customer Services Manager, Mr. Rachid Qadadia, who built on her expose, by providing statistics and figures on the impressive performance of Moalajah’s customer service centre. He confirmed that
Moalajah had managed to achieve an impressive stage in servicing clients and keeping them satisfied. He added that, “on average 98.5% of our customers’ calls are answered within 30 sec.”
Mr. Qadadia reminded the audience that “ASPCL constantly aims to enhance customer convenience and offer them better services”, mentioning its recent expansion of payments facilities through its signing agreement with UAE Exchange, in addition to the already existing agreements with Ajman Bank and Al Ansari Exchange.
In the working sessions that followed, the various participants discussed and set out the groundwork for future coordination mechanisms which will allow Ajman’s development to benefit from greater planning efficiencies.
