Mize.com.sa Online Gains Popularity Among Car Owners

the first-of-its-kind online company specializing in spare parts sales for Toyota and Lexus cars, had clinched more than 5,000 sale deals in just 3 months, and logged 30,000 visitors during the period, a senior official has said.

The online company is a subsidiary of Munif Al-Nahdi Group, which is engaged in the spare parts retail business for Toyota and Lexus cars. It has 100 branches in Saudi Arabia and other neighboring countries.

Marwan Zamka, Vice President for Business Development and New Businesses at Munif Al-Nahdi Group and head of e-malls (electronic malls company) and the developer of mize.com.sa website, revealed that Munif Al-Nahdi Group is currently working on the expansion of its technical consultancy services and online sales and free delivery of spare parts for Toyota and Lexus cars. He also said that customers can book maintenance appointment for all types of cars at any of their 10 maintenance centers in the Kingdom through their website.

Moreover, Zamka pointed out that e-malls plans to develop more online sales outlets in order to keep pace with the undertaking which is widely spread all over the world.

Meanwhile, Turki Al-Harbi, Website Manager at Munif Al-Nahdi Group, said the launch of the website has preceded many foreign companies who have substantial experience in this area of business. It has also provided many job opportunities for innovative Saudi youths who have excelled in designing and managing the website. More than 25% the Group's personnel are Saudis, he added.

He stressed that the Munif Al-Nahdi Group is keen on maintaining the high standard of services, in keeping with the objective of providing excellent services to its customers.
