Bin Hindi Informatics Upgrades Service Center To Samsung Customer Service Plaza

Bin Hindi Informatics WLL, the exclusive distributor for Samsung Mobiles, Laptops and Printers in Bahrain, recently reached a new milestone in customer care with upgrading the Samsung Service Center located at Exhibition Road to Samsung Customer Service Plaza in line with the international guidelines put forward by Samsung Gulf Electronics. The newly upgraded facility will create greater convenience to Samsung customers.

The state-of-the-art facility is inaugurated by Mr. Youngsoo Kim, President Samsung Electronics Co. along with the General Manager of Bin Hindi Informatics WLL, Mr. A. Aziz Bin Hindi at the presence of Mr. Young Woo Jun, The Director of Samsungs Telecommunications Division, along with the service team of Bin Hindi Informatics WLL.

To mark the auspicious opening, Mr. A. Aziz Bin Hindi said, "The upgrading of this Samsung Service Plaza here is a fulfillment of our corporate philosophy of 'Customer Satisfaction No 1.' It is the guiding philosophy that continues to motivate and urge us to reach even greater standards of customer satisfaction."

Bin Hindi Informatics, Samsung Service Center was awarded the 2nd position in MEA region for their performance this year measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) set forth by Samsung Gulf Electronics.

The Bin Hindi Informatics Samsung Showroom & Customer Service Plaza are located on Exhibition Road, opposite the Hoora Police Station.
