UAE Retail Sector to Spend Heavily On Enterprise Application Software By 2013, Says Sage Software

UAE retail sector will spend heavily on Enterprise Application Software, according to Sage Software, the leading global supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and (Human Resource Management) HRM solutions to medium and large organisations, as increasing competition in the retail sector will lead to a rollout of heavy EAS investment by 2013.Currently Sage holds in excess of 30 per cent of the total UAE market share, after witnessing a rapid transformation over the last couple of years from offering desktop accounting packages to full-blown ERP and CRM solutions.
