Epson Launches High Speed Economical Business Colour Laser Printer in Middle East

Published Aug 1, 2010

Epson has announced the Middle East launch of the Epson AcuLaser C1600, a compact A4 colour laser, which is set to strengthen Epson’s current colour laser line-up and replace the successful AcuLaser C1100. The AcuLaser C1600 combines speed, quality and reliability with a low cost per page. It offers excellent value for money to fit the needs of home offices and small businesses.

With a first page out time of 13 seconds in mono, print speeds of up to 19 pages per minute in mono and five in colour, and a duty cycle of up to 35,000 pages per month, the AcuLaser C1600 is fast and dependable. High quality output is assured with Epson AcuBrite toner and a print resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi. ENERGY STAR®-qualified power efficiency and high capacity cartridges help keep running costs low.

Straightforward to set up and use, the AcuLaser C1600 features high speed USB 2.0 and a remote panel programme. Front access makes it very easy to change or replace paper and toner cartridges, and the 200-sheet multipurpose paper tray offers media flexibility.

Khalil El Dalu, General Manager, Epson Middle East, said, “The AcuLaser C1600 is ideal for home offices and small businesses in the Middle East looking for affordable, high performance printing. It offers a competitive cost of use, yet delivers professional quality colour prints at a fast pace. Further, a small footprint means it will fit easily onto most desktops.”
