R&M Appoints A New CSO

The Wetzikon cabling specialist, Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M, www.rdm.com), is expanding its Board of Management. Ingo Kübler is about to take over the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Following the departure of Hanspeter Legler, CEO Martin Reichle took control of sales operations himself. “We are happy to be able to fill the position of CSO with Ingo Kübler, an outstanding leader with many years of experience in the sector. He will strengthen our team admirably“, states Martin Reichle.
Ingo Kübler (48) is an experienced authority on the international connectivity market. Among other things, he worked for Huber+Suhner as COO Wired Solutions & Networks. Following his training at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich, as a process engineer, he joined the Bühler technology group where he started as a development engineer, progressed to sales engineer and ended up as head of the business unit. This was followed by a number of different activities as divisional head in various internationally active enterprises. Furthermore, Ingo Kübler completed an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. Ingo Kübler manages his work-life balance by playing sport and being with the family. In addition to sailing, endurance sports such as the marathon and triathlon count among his favorite disciplines.
