Dubai Silicon Oasis Announces Implementation Of Oracle E-Business Suite

Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the region’s integrated free zone technology park, announced it has gone live with Oracle’s E-Business Suite as part of its strategy to achieve integration, scalability and streamlining of business processes and drive overall growth.
The array of Oracle applications that DSO has acquired includes Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Oracle Property Manager, Enterprise Asset Management, Oracle Projects and Oracle Fusion components. The Oracle products have provided DSO with fitting solutions to address issues in transparency, consistency and control of processes, decision-making and management reporting.
While Oracle has provided consultancy, support and training to DSO in implementing the acquired Oracle products, the actual implementation was facilitated by Mahindra Satyam, a leading global business and IT consultancy, with significant experience in the enterprise business solutions space having overseen 160 Oracle implementations in the Middle East region alone.
