Avaya Certifies EMW as the First and Only Service Expert in the Middle East

EMW, The Smart Convergence Experts and leading supplier of services and products in the Telecommunication, ICT, Engineering and Project Management sector announced today that it has become the first and only Avaya partner in the Middle East to achieve the prestigious Avaya Service Expert certification.
By conferring this honour, Avaya recognizes that EMW has invested in creating service practices and confirms that the company provides quality service and technical expertise to meet the implementation and support requirements of customers. This specialization is being introduced by Avaya globally in acknowledgment of the commitment to services made by partners worldwide.
