Bahraini SMB Sector Witnesses Growing Demand In ERP And CRM Solutions

Published Jul 15, 2009
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions are in high demand in Bahrain, as its SMB sector turns to unique, technology driven solutions to integrate and organise business processes amidst the onslaught of the unstable global economy.

In line with this, Sage Software, the leading global supplier of ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions to medium and large organisations, is offering unique solutions to help local SMBs improve productivity and efficiency.

The company, along with its local partner Fakhroo IT Services, recently hosted a roadshow at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bahrain, which showcased the new ‘Sage Accpac ERP v5.5’ and the Extended Enterprise Suite with integrated ‘Sage CRM’.

Offering a seamless, cross functional integration between CRM and ERP, the ‘Sage Accpac ERP v5.5’ enhances collaboration between departments, facilitates improved customer relationships, and enables customers to improve their decision making ability.

By combining the benefits of ERP and CRM to support integrated front and back office business processes and workflow, it provides comprehensive business management applications that deliver high performance, advanced functionality, cross product integration and freedom of choice.

“As a pioneer in delivering effective ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions, we are seeking to provide SMBs in Bahrain, with a broad range of end to end business management applications that can help them enhance their competitive advantage amidst these tough economic conditions,” said Tariq Fakhroo, Managing Director, Fakhroo IT Services.

“Our commitment to the Bahrain market stems from its economic diversity and its potential to become one of the most important regional SMB markets, which will require the support of robust front and back end office solutions to ensure business continuity and prosperity”.

Also highlighted during the event, which was attended by representatives from over 45 key vertical business houses in Bahrain, were the product’s unique accounting dashboards and time saving features for streamlined process.

In addition, Shiva Kumar, a representative of Bahrain based A.J.M Kooheji, a long time user of ‘Sage Accpac’, also shared their organisation’s experiences, derived benefits and excellent value added services both Sage and Fakhroo IT Services provide to them.

As a value added partner for ‘Sage Accpac’ in Bahrain, Fakhroo IT Services has committed to utilising all its resources to expand market awareness on the newest version of ‘Sage Accpac ERP’.

With its broad portfolio of IT products and services, Fakhroo IT Services continue to play a versatile role in helping and facilitating its clients to be more competitive, productive, profitable and successful by providing flexible, advanced technology solutions which are customised to individual client needs.
