Blackberry® Customers In Oman Enjoy More Choice With Nawras

Many Nawras customers using BlackBerry® smartphones are now enjoying the opportunity to benefit from a more versatile and rewarding prepaid mobile experience after choosing to use the latest flexible plans introduced by this customer friendly company.

With new weekly and monthly plans, customers now have the added convenience of being able to accurately plan their mobile telecom budget while still benefitting from excellent quality, great value and Nawras’ pleasingly different customer service.

Prepaid service plans for BlackBerry® smartphone Nawras customers are available via a simple subscription process. Weekly plans are just RO 2 for 10MB of national data usage and monthly plans are just RO 9 for up to 50MB of national data usage.

According to Said Al-Shanfari, team leader, core services at Nawras, “I am delighted to say that by listening to our customers, we knew that these prepaid plans would be attractive however the response to date has far exceeded our forecasts.

They are proving to be particularly useful for customers who enjoy mobility and like to be constantly communicating irrespective of their location. We know that students are amongst those benefitting from the different price plans with many enjoying the flexibility and choice Nawras is offering.

It is simple and easy for BlackBerry® customers with Nawras to select and activate a prepaid subscription plan by sending a free SMS to 80050 with the keyword ‘BB7’ to choose a weekly plan or keyword ‘BB30’ to the same number to activate a monthly plan. The subscription will be confirmed by a return SMS message.

A day before the expiration of their plan, customers are informed via SMS that their current plan subscription period is due to end and will be renewed automatically. BlackBerry® smartphone customers can check their data usage anytime by dialling the code *102*10# for an immediate update. If the inclusive data usage of a weekly or monthly plan is exceeded, customers can continue with the service by simply using a low pay-as-you-go rate of just 0.5 Baiza per KB, for the remainder of that time period.

Customers can send the keyword BB to 80050 to receive more information about this service and by sending the keyword Nawras to 90500, further information on all the other pleasingly different advantages of being a Nawras customer can be seen.
