Great new benefits for Nawras Elite Club members

Continuing to bring great value to its customers, Nawras—a Qtel Group company—is pleased to announce the addition of fantastic new benefits for all Nawras Elite Club members ranging from greater access to airport lounges and more travel services to increased free parking, wider availability of AAA support and new restaurant discounts.

For Nawras Gold Card members, the new line-up of benefits includes free parking once a day at any municipality-paid parking area in Muscat and discounted access to Premium Plaza Lounges at Muscat International Airport. If Gold Card holders purchase airline tickets from Bahwan Travel Agency, airport lounge access is free as are airport pick-up and drop-off services.
Free AAA roadside assistance has now been extended from covering the Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates and Qatar to also take in Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In addition, discounts of up to 20% from premium restaurant partners are extended to all Elite Club members at Passage to India, Shan Thai, Pizza Express, Pane Caldo, Al Makan Café, Taza, Cream & Fudge and 5th Deli.
mong the new Elite Platinum benefits is the opportunity to enjoy unlimited free parking at all municipality-paid parking areas in Muscat, providing convenience and saving customers time in the capital area.
New travel services are also available to Platinum members. By simply calling 96500100 or e-mailing flight details to EliteClub@nawras.om, Platinum cardholders can get help in arranging customised tours, making hotels bookings and receiving a host of entertainment information before travelling abroad.
Complimentary access to the Premium Plaza Lounge at Muscat International Airport as well as meet-and-greet airport services and special discounts on rental cars continue to be offered.
While getting in touch with a friendly customer champion at the Nawras multi-media contact centre, all Elite Club members enjoy priority access.

All Nawras customers with an average minimum monthly spend of RO25 and above over a period of six months are automatically eligible for Elite Club Gold membership, while those with an average minimum monthly spending of RO100 and above over a period of the same time period are eligible for Elite Club Platinum membership. Membership is valid for one year and automatically renewable when the same membership criteria are met.
