ESET To Showcase Award-winning Security Solutions at GITEX Technology Week 2010

ESET, the leader in proactive threat detection, announced that they are participating in GITEX Technology Week 2010, which is being held from October 17 - 21, 2010 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC). The security vendor plans to showcase their latest security solutions, ESET NOD32 v.4.2 antivirus, ESET Smart Security v.4.2 and ESET Mobile antivirus in addition to meeting channel partners and customers at Middle East region’s largest IT exhibition.
Speaking about their participation Mr. Neo Neophytou, MD of ADAOX, ESET’s Regional Business Development and Support Center said, “GITEX, being the largest technology exhibition in the Middle East, is a very important event for us. ESET has been participating in GITEX for the last seven years and has received great response year on year. At the exhibition, ESET plans to launch new products, promote the latest versions of its best-in-class products such as ESET Smart Security, ESET NOD32 antivirus and ESET Mobile antivirus and recruit channel partners for newer markets. The company also hopes to position ESET as the ideal security product for the SME and Enterprise segments as it is the lightest and fastest security solution available on the market.
Technology experts from ESET will be on the GITEX stand to meet with visitors and run demonstrations of ESET Smart Security, ESET NOD32 antivirus for Windows, the beta 2 releases of ESET NOD32 antivirus for Linux Desktop and Mac OS X as well as ESET Mobile antivirus for Windows Mobile and Symbian smartphones.
ESET has been consistently doing well in all independent tests conducted worldwide. Apart from being the fastest growing antivirus solution in the world, ESET NOD32 antivirus leads the industry in terms of proactive detection and outperforms its competitors.
