Avaya CXO Summit to Address Business Challenges During an Economic Downturn

Top Avaya executives and experts will underscore the importance of a sound IT investment, and how it helps organisations address the challenges of a downturned economy when it hosts a CXO summit next week. The company, a leading global provider of business communications, applications, systems and services, will also share its vision and strategy for the MENA region at the summit, which takes place at the Atlantis hotel on February 25.

Avaya will bring together its top executives and more than 30 CXO’s from diverse industry verticals from across the MENA region to exchange strategies, discuss plans towards increasing competitiveness, improving operations, and enhancing employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

At a time when companies are evaluating their investments in IT, Avaya is encouraging businesses to seek out solutions such as Unified Communications that enable companies increase productivity and lower costs, while improving business performance. The Summit will also highlight how Avaya can help businesses create contact center and unified communications strategies that will become a ‘driving force’ in the survival and success of their operations during the current changing economic environment.

Among Avaya’s top executives and experts participating in the CXO Forum are Todd Abbot, senior vice president of sales and president of Field Operations; Jorge Blanco, Vice President of Product Management for Unified Communications; Martyn Lambert, vice president of Marketing for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and Michael Bayer, president of Avaya’s field operations in EMEA.
