STME To Showcase ‘One Smart Solution’ Concept At 30th GITEX Edition

Published Oct 19, 2010

STME, the leading enterprise storage solution integrator in the Middle East, has announced that it will highlight its ‘One Smart Solution’ concept during the 30th edition of the GITEX Dubai, the largest information and communications technology exhibition in the region running from October 17 to 21, 2010 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

STME’s ‘One Smart Solution’ model enables customers to benefit from the top technologies of various manufacturers and expertise from the company’s installed base of 10 countries, all integrated into a single tailored solution; a technical team will be available to demonstrate the concept, maximize partnership opportunities and interaction with potential customers, and more effectively demonstrate its comprehensive portfolio of advanced enterprise IT solutions.

The company will also underscore the growing importance of storage and IT infrastructure and management solutions as companies broaden their volume of digital information and as the Middle East’s IT spend moves towards an 11 per cent growth this year.

“As the leading ICT event in the region, GITEX provides a valuable platform for us to learn about the mindsets of our customers and understand how we can better assist them and other organizations. The rapid shift from analogue to digital across many industries has influenced a rapid growth in our industry which we have to respond to at the right time and in the right manner. We are prepared to help enterprises cope with change and maximize their information investments while adding to their business value and lowering their overall cost,” said Ahmed Galal Director of Sales and Marketing, STME Limited.

This year’s GITEX will deliver more entertainment, knowledge exchange, networking, products and services as the trade show celebrates its 30th year. The event will include segments on business solutions, communications, consumer electronics, network and security, government, mobile applications, and cloud computing. Among the prominent global brands that have confirmed their participation to the show are Asus, Cisco Linksys, Hitachi, Ford, HP, Microsoft, Panasonic and Pocket Global.

Founded in 1982, STME is the first IT Company in the Middle East to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification for its world-class portfolio of Consultancy and Managed Services.
