SODIC Welcomes A Delegation Of Syrian Media In Egypt

SODIC hosted a delegation of top Syrian Media this week in Cairo. The delegation met with the management of SODIC, including Maher Maksoud, Chief Executive Officer, Youssef Hammad, Chief Commercial Officer, Ahmed Dabbous, Chief Financial Officer, and Ahmed Badrawi, Chief Development Officer, among others.

The delegation was comprised of 24 journalists from Syria’s top publications and arrived on October 26, 2010. They toured Cairo’s sights and had fruitful discussions with the SODIC team regarding the company’s developments in Egypt and their future plans for Syria.

SODIC recently acquired 50% of the Syrian Palmyra Real Estate Development Company, which is now the Palmyra-SODIC company. The new Company plans to launch a new residential project with commercial components in the suburbs of Damascus in the first half of 2011.
