Canon Middle East Launches The Powershot S95 - Pocket Power For The Serious Photographer

Canon Middle East today unveils the latest model in its successful PowerShot S-series with the launch of the new PowerShot S95 – an advanced, compact digital camera for photographers looking for outstanding low light performance and manual control in a pocket-sized body. Designed for keen photographers, the PowerShot S95 combines manual control and outstanding low light performance in a highly practical compact camera – perfect for shooting premium quality images on the go.

Featuring a unique lens Control Ring, the PowerShot S95 gives you instant access to a range of manual settings including aperture, focus and shutter speed with an effortless twist of the ring. Thanks to the genuine Canon f/2.0 lens, Canon’s HS System and advanced optical Image Stabilizer the PowerShot S95 performs in all lighting conditions, including low light. A new High Dynamic Range mode means you can get excellent results in high-contrast situations, delivering a natural image with shadow and highlight detail .

Capture everything – day to night, stills to movies

Canon’s advanced HS System represents a powerful combination of a high-sensitivity sensor alongside the DIGIC 4 processor for high quality results without the need for a flash. The PowerShot S95 is also the first-ever Canon compact to feature Hybrid IS technology, providing improved image stabilization for macro photography.
Multi-Aspect Shooting included in the PowerShot S95 enables you to adjust the format of your image to suit your creative preference, allowing you to take full control of the end result. As well as capturing high-quality, pin-sharp still images, the PowerShot S95 also offers you the flexibility to shoot RAW images and 720p HD movies with stereo sound and share them on the high visibility 7.5cm (3.0”) PureColor II G LCD or an HDTV via the HDMI output.
