Sanyo Introduces World’s First 2k Quadrive Projector With Cinema Required Real 2k Resolution To Middle East Market

SANYO Gulf FZE has announced its latest product, the PLC-HF10000L Large Venue Projector with 2K QuaDrive technology.
The projector, which boasts 2048 x 1080 (2K) resolution and exceeds the requirements for Full HD resolution, along with the SANYO-exclusive QuaDrive Optical Engine, produces an incredible 10,000 lumens brightness with a wide color gamut –advancing display capabilities for the mid to large venue presentation market.

The PLC-HF10000L is SANYO’s first 2K QuaDrive projector and boasts dual high-output lamps used in combination with three internal mirrors that produce uniform light output, reduce color irregularities and produces exceptional image quality.
In conjunction with QuaDrive, SANYO’s Durable Inorganic Optical System produces a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, producing rich, deep blacks and high-resolution image clarity, as well as extending optical life. The low total cost of ownership is further advanced through the Active Maintenance Filter system which promotes long-term reliability and reduces maintenance costs by monitoring the intake air volume through the filter and automatically advancing the ‘cartridge-like’ filter media to produce a and automatically advancing the ‘cartridge-like’ filter media to produce a clean surface once reduced airflow through the filter is detected.
For large venues, this projector has nearly 12 optional lenses providing venues with more flexibility and choice with specific requirements. Fixed and zoom lenses in standard, wide and long configurations are available along with vertical and horizontal lens shift facilities operated by remote control.
For a venue that requires the use of multiple images, the PLC-HF10000L can display two images simultaneously in either picture-in-picture or picture-by-picture modes. Color Matching functions correct variations in hue when more than one projector is used, and Edge Blending allows multiple images to be presented on the same screen without sharply defined borders, such as when more than one projector is used to create an extremely large image.
SANYO’S PJNet built-in LAN networking facilities control of the projector or a group of projectors through standard CAT5 network cabling. For presentation applications where necessary, a mechanical shutter system allows operators to instantly shut off light transmissions. Input options include HDMI 1.3; DVI-D; D-sub 15 pin RGB; BNC for RGBHV and CV/Y-Pb/Cb-Pr/Cr; and S-Video, with optional boards available for HD/SD-SDI AND Dual Link SDI.
