Jacky’s Gulf To Target Emerging Abu Dhabi’s MICE Sector

Jacky’s Gulf FZE is capitalising on the growing MICE sector in the UAE Capital through its participation at the 3rd Edition of the Signage, Imaging & Media (SIM) Exhibition and Conference, scheduled to be held on 28th to 30th November at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Among the products to be highlighted at the event are the latest environment friendly large-format Latex printers from HP. In addition to this, Jacky’s Gulf is showcasing the newest HP Designjet Z6200 Photo printer series, one of the fastest heavy duty photo printers in the world for indoor use.
“Abu Dhabi is fast emerging as the preferred venue for big and prestigious events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix. This means a positive outlook for the large format printing and outdoor advertising sectors for the coming years, and we want to be able to tap and cater to these segments,” said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky’s Group of Companies.
“SIM provides a perfect platform for us to meet decision makers from different companies particularly from the sign suppliers, digital printers, outdoor advertising companies, stand builders, retailers and advertising agencies among others. The exhibition also gathers visitors from a number of segments ranging from the media, design agencies, retail, FMCG, banking & finance, public sector, tourism and transport,” he added.
During SIM, Jacky’s will display HP’s eight-colour Designjet Z6200 which uses HP vivid photo inks. Interestingly, this is one of the few eight-colour printers using chromatic red in addition to magenta and light magenta as well as using two types of black ink and light grey. This means better contrasts and more vivid reds in prints. The Z6200 is designed for photo labs, digital print shops, advertising agencies, and design firms. It can print up to 2400 x 1200 DPI meeting client demands for fast turnarounds and comes with a new heavy duty media loading spindle and an ergonomic loading table.
Jacky’s Gulf stand will also exhibit printers that are water based latex inks such as the 60-inch HP Designjet L25500 printer and the 3.2 metre HP Scitex LX800 printer. These printers can print up to 1200 x 1200 DPI and are perfect for printing point of purchase, soft signage, wall coverings and vehicle graphics among others. These make printing of outdoor and indoor applications more versatile through the six-colour printing system with HP Latex Inks.
SIM, a combination of three events under one roof, is the fast growing Digital Printing, Digital Signage and New Media Trade Show for the Middle East region.
Jacky's Gulf FZE, is an authorised HP business partner and provides sales and technical supports for HP large format, commercial and industrial printers in Gulf countries including UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Yemen.
