MyNawras Is Now A Free Iphone App

Published Dec 12, 2010

Nawras, a Qtel Group company, is taking a leading position once again with the exciting launch of the MyNawras iPhone app - another ‘first’ for Nawras customers to enjoy. This free download from the Apple Store is designed to make it even easier for Nawras iPhone users to check their bills or prepaid balance and easily manage their mobile accounts anywhere and at any time.

After trying out the new app himself, Ross Cormack, Nawras Chief Executive Officer, enthusiastically welcomed this latest creative development by saying, “This is really cool. After a simple registration I can now get all the information on my recent calls, my SMS and my bills, by just clicking on the app. We are delighted to be one of very few operators in the whole region and the only one in Oman to be offering our own customer-friendly iPhone app.

“I would like to thank our team of talented Omanis who have been working hard to bring this project to life. It is this level of dedication that sees Nawras continuing to lead in innovation and customer service, as endorsed by the recent award for Customer Service Provider of the Year.”

MyNawras is an exclusive and highly convenient self-care facility available to all Nawras customers. After registering for the service, customers can view their bills and prepaid balance as well as check their usage history for calls, SMS and value added services, all with complete confidence and security.

This trendsetting iphone app also enables customers to report a lost SIM-card in a quick and easy way.

To start enjoying the new service today, customers can visit the Apple Store, search for Nawras and download the MyNawras app for free.

Nawras professionals are committed to staying at the forefront of mobile developments and always looking for new and exciting ways to delight customers with innovation and pleasingly different service.
