ShasTech Deploys Sermon Arabia Solutions

ShasTech, the leading distributor, retailer of Apple and Griffin Technologies in ME, signed a bilateral agreement with Sermon Arabia Business Solutions to deploy Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution for Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar branches, in addition to iCare and iStore showrooms.

Based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, the solutions aims at supporting ShasTech growth strategies and support its business network in local markets. It will provide the necessary infrastructure for communication with clients, facilitating follow up on financial and managerial issues via a secure e environment.

We always adhere to employing the latest technologies for the benefit of our clients, due to the constant, increasing demand for our products. This is why ERP solution is important for us. Its power in supporting our businesses, sales channels, technical support, and maintaining our high level customer services is exemplary,” said Engineer Mohammed Ali, ShasTech General Manager.

He added, “Our business growth made us seek the perfect solution, suitable for our size of operations and consistent with our future needs. Sermon Arabia’s ERP will assist us in linking our branches and offices via a local network and the internet. It will help us increase our efficiency, subsequently decreasing operational costs by at least 5.

On the other hand, Engineer Moayyad Zaidan, Sermon Arabia Country manager, emphasized the capabilities of MS ERP solutions in assisting ShasTech to employ their resources in a standardized and comprehensive manner. “It will place ShasTech in the leading position in the market,” he said.

Zaidan added, “ShasTech will be able to feel ERP’s added value and ROI for its unique tools and solutions. It is destined to increase the company’s growth and support its competitiveness.

We expect that ShasTech will see their return on investment in ME ERP. The modules deployed for ShasTech are Finance, Supply Chain, Point of Sale, Service Management, Human Resources, and Payroll,” He added.

It is worth mentioning that ERP solution, based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, consists of several financial, administrative, and production suits that operate on a uniform data base. Via its interface, it allows administrators to set privileges for users according to their administrative and technical responsibilities, while connecting the organization’s offices and departments with local and internet-based networks.
