JHRMA, MenaITech Sign Cooperation Agreement

Jordanian Human Resources Management Association (JHRMA) signed a bilateral agreement with MenaITech, aiming at developing Human Resources in Jordan.
As per the agreement, MenaITech, the regional company specialized in building and deploying software solutions and human resources applications, will supply and assist JHRMA in building and expanding its HR professional database.
MenaITech will employ its local and regional network, helping JHRMA in developing the HR sector and addressing its needs. It will also invest its application development capabilities, propping JHRMA’s members with the needed HR management solutions.
In his comment, MenaITech CEO, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh said, “We’re really glad that we’re partnering with JHRMA in this developmental-process, in addition to being one of its strategy’s first supporters. We re-affirm that we’ll employ our vast expertise in this area, in assisting them to develop the HR sector, supplying it with the required applications and solutions.”
“Developing the HR sector is the most comprehensive solution to achieving continuous development, aiming for both current and future plans. It will serve various sectors amongst economy, commercial, and even services, achieving corporate goals operating in this sector, since HR is one of the most important cornerstones that all establishments rely upon.”
The importance of this agreement is highlighted by JHRMA’s inauguration ceremony, planned on the 12th of February, sponsored by MenaITech, and will be attended by various local and national organizations.
On the other hand, JHRMA President, Muhammad Al Ta’mari welcomed the agreement, praising its upcoming role in assisting JHRMA in achieving its message, saying, “This agreement is considered a vital move for us and for the HR sector in general. Since our establishment in 2010, we endeavored to find the latest and most advanced solutions that raise our members’ and the sectors’ performance.”
He added, “JHRMA’s vision is to manifest itself in developing HR and define its concepts and modern practices in managing HR in Jordan and the region, in addition to supporting its role in various establishment stages, and lowering operation costs, which assists in increasing their stability and ensures their prosperity.”
Ta’mari clarified that JHRMA was established on various strategic and practical objectives that contribute to developing the HR sector. They come to life as developing and publishing HR concepts, laying clear professional standards for its management, in addition to establishing a professional relationship amongst HR professionals in Jordan.
In addition to the previous objectives, JHRMA is interested in offering professional support for workers in the sector, strengthening strategic cooperation between academic and professional organizations, locally, regionally, and globally, consolidating knowledge, creativity, and necessary skills, to ensure business development permanence.
