Jacky’s Electronics is now using popular social networking and micro blogging sites to advertise their daily offers and promotions starting with their upcoming part sale in the Mall of the Emirates.

The UAE’s leading multi electronics retailer plans to keep its loyal and budding customers up to date of great deals and promotions being offered within the Jacky’s part sale which will happen from July 30th August 23rd, 2009 via Twitter.

Anyone can now be connected with Jacky’s via @jackysuae on Twitter as well as on the Jacky’s Electronics LLC fan page on Facebook.

“Social networking sites have become a fundamental part of the global online experience and almost everyone spends a great deal of time online.
Most companies are using Facebook and Twitter as a business platform to offer new ways in interacting and engaging with their customers.
“At Jacky’s, our customers has always been our priority and we have to constantly think of ways to personally associate with them. Through our Facebook and Twitter accounts, we are able to directly target and relate with people updating them of the latest products in the market, best promotions and even give them online customer service. We hope to connect with and hear from all our customers online,” said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky’s Electronics.

The part sale at the two Jacky’s outlets is happening prior to the company’s shift to its new location in the Metrolink area of the Mall of the Emirates this September, details of which will be given later via the company’s Facebook Fan Page and Twitter updates.
