IBM Validates TBS Enterprise Mobility’s Maximo Integration

The TBS TaskMaster enterprise mobility platform has been listed as an approved integrated Maximo solution to be provided by IBM Business Partners in its Integrated Service Management (ISM) Library.
ISM Library solutions give businesses the visibility, control and automation needed to deliver quality services, manage risk and compliance whilst accelerating business growth.
Quick and simple to configure, TaskMaster provides a highly flexible, Maximo integrated Enterprise Mobility solution. An intuitive interface delivers information to field workers in line with their workflow needs, ensuring everything is at hand in the “sometimes connected” remote environments, where connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Giving more than a Maximo screen on a mobile device, TaskMaster enables process workflows to become an integrated part of the solution. This enables quality and health and safety requirements to be included as part of a field worker’s tasks.

TaskMaster provides an additional range of features which can be configured and managed outside Maximo, facilitating robust solutions whilst providing core information.
Its web based Management Console allows supervisors to view field activities in real time and remotely manage mobile devices.
Additional tasks such as daily vehicle inspections can also be managed outside of Maximo, giving a valuable source of management information without the requirement of further development.
Third party application integration gives further options. The TaskMaster platform has integrated Satellite Navigation, scheduling, device management and telematics solutions.
