KULACOM Jordan Signs Agreement With Microsoft To Provide Web Developers And Designers With The Latest Web Development Tools And Resources At No Cost

KULACOM Jordan, a leading local integrated communications carrier, has signed an agreement with Microsoft to be the first Web Host Spark Network Partner in Jordan.

This partnership provides Jordanian web design companies with the opportunity to enroll in the WebsiteSpark program through KULACOM and receive fast, easy and immediate access to the latest Microsoft web development tools and resources for free, as well as professional training and dedicated support at no cost.

The Microsoft WebsiteSpark is a global program designed to help jump start the success of professional Web developers and designers by not only providing them with access to current and full featured Microsoft development tools for free, but also by creating opportunities for Web design companies to increase visibility and generate new business by showcasing their capabilities to the entire global ecosystem of Microsoft customers and partners.

Mr. Hazim Alaeddin, KULACOM Jordan’s CEO, stated, “It is a privilege for KULACOM to be the first Microsoft Web Host Spark Network Partner in Jordan, which will allow us to enhance the datacenter products we offer local web developers and designers by providing free, fast and easy access to Microsoft’s development tools, as well as professional training and support in order to help startups create compelling, well designed, innovative Web sites and Web based applications.

Through the WebsiteSpark Program we aim to empower Web developers and designers to create innovative Web applications through development tools, production licenses for server products, technical support, business development support, and access to the expertise and services of Microsoft’s global community of partners and web hosting providers.

The program provides access to a technology offering for development and production hosting of websites. Once enrolled in the program, professional Web developers and designers can download an array of software from Microsoft such as Visual Studio Professional, Expression Studio and Expression Web, Windows Web Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 Web Edition.
