Emiratis Explore Career Opportunities At The du Stand At Careers UAE 2011

H.H Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid, Deputy Ruler of Dubai accompanied by senior officials from the emirate visited the du stand at Careers UAE 2011 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Human Resources & Shared Services Officer, du and Jamal Khalifa Lootah, Senior Director National Recruitment, du received H.H. in the presence of other members of the executive management team and presented him with a trophy on behalf of the company.
du is participating in the show for the 5th consecutive year, and has introduced the online application system for the first time in the event. The system allows candidates to register their details and qualifications to create a database instead of submitting paper-based CVs. This is part of du’s ongoing strategy to create its own database of Emirati jobseekers through various channels including the Masar page on the company website http://du.ae/masar where both fresh graduates and experienced UAE nationals can submit their applications.
Young UAE Nationals are invited to enter the challenging world of du and explore 100 opportunities dedicated to graduates by joining “Masar” at the du stand (SAD-1). Masar is a programme for UAE nationals at du, and contains a set of six development programmes, in alignment with the employee grade and qualification. The programmes are aimed towards developing not only technical skills, but also develop soft and business language skills.
