CGC Unleashes Nokia E7 In Qatar

Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), the Nokia partner in Qatar, has unleashed Nokia E7, the new-age communicator smartphone. Nokia E7 is an ideal business phone equipped with a 4-inch large touchscreen display featuring Nokia ClearBlack technology for improved outdoor visibility and a slide-out four-row QWERTY keyboard. With an 8 megapixel camera, 16GB of on-board storage, HDMI connectivity and Dolby Digital Plus Surround Sound, the ultimate smartphone for success is capable of shooting and editing HD quality images, including 720p video and sound. Besides enjoying up to 18 days of standby time and 9 hours of talktime, the users of this Symbian^3 device can customise up to three homescreens and get live updates from the likes of Facebook and Twitter live on their homescreens.

Carrying a host of excellent business features including support for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Mail for Exchange, Microsoft Communicator Mobile and Microsoft Share Point Server, E7 comes in perfect shape and size giving ease of comfort to business users to work on documents, review spreadsheets, or read and edit slides. With Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on board, Nokia E7 provides direct, real-time and secure access to corporate email inboxes and other personal applications.

For corporate peace of mind, E7 is sporting several security features including business grade device lock and wipe functionality, secure intranet access and remote device management. Business folk on the move will also benefit from free walk and drive navigation thanks to Ovi Maps including premium guides from the likes of Lonely Planet and Via Michelin.
