Published Apr 11, 2011

SAS Middle East, the leading provider of Business Analytics (BA) software and services in the region, has announced its newly formed partnership with ArtiSol, a leading customer service, customer experience and marketing IT based solutions provider. Under the terms of the new partnership, SAS and ArtiSol will look towards addressing the growing demands and requirements of the Middle East market and aiming to deliver the best in class customer intelligence software to a rapidly growing customer base - particularly in the banking and finance, retail and telecommunications segments. The new partnership also complements the company’s strategic objectives of expanding and consolidating its customer intelligence portfolio - offering new key software like advanced Marketing Automation, Marketing Resource Management and Social Media Analytics.

SAS provides customers with an integrated platform for enterprise marketing management. SAS’s customer intelligence software portfolio includes solutions aimed at gathering customer data that are transactional in nature and play a key influence in advance analytics - predictive analytics, social network analytics and social media analytics. Information gathering allows you the advantage of knowing your customer better and can maximize the return on any customer interaction while providing the best customer experience, whether it is managed outbound / inbound and off-line / on-line. Additionally the Customer Intelligence solution portfolio is designed to support a complete end-to-end marketing process environment, starting from managing key resources like schedules, budgets, creative assets, approvals, and consumer targeting - to the period of the actual campaign execution and the presentation of post performance reports.

“This newly formed alliance with ArtiSol will allow SAS to strengthen its leadership in the region’s customer intelligence software segment,” said Amir Sohrabi, Alliances & Partner Development Manager, SAS Middle East. “Businesses in the region have created a demand for key customer intelligence software that aims at enhancing customer experience, achieve profitable revenue growth and improve marketing performance. Realizing this, SAS offers a wide portfolio of solutions that will enable our customers to create stronger customer relationships and ties.”

ArtiSol offers its customers an essential suite of solutions that combine state-of-the-art technology and expert management consultancy with the key objective of providing customers with the fastest, most efficient and cost effective way of supplying information to their end users. The company’s customer intelligence portfolio allows customers to adapt their business processes into current competitive market realities and adopt the necessary technology to execute simple, yet highly effective business practices that anticipate new market challenges and proactively control the customer life cycle.

“ArtiSol is happy with our newly formed alliance with SAS. This new partnership gives us the needed leverage in strengthening our presence in the Middle East region. In return, SAS can be assured that we bring to this partnership a decade of experience in offering customer service, customer experience and marketing IT based solutions. We remain steadfast in our continued commitment to provide our clients with world class customer centric programs,“ said Slobodan Marolov, Commercial Director, ArtiSol MEA.
