Shareholders Approved The Continuance Of Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co.

Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co. 'GO' announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly of its shareholders approved the continuance of the company and authorized the Board of Directors to carry out all actions necessary to do so The Extraordinary General Assembly held this evening at the company's headquarters in Riyadh.
The total number of attended and represented shareholders at the assembly was (65,865,132 votes) representing 65.81% of the total capital shares, and the percentafe of electronic votes through the new service namely "tadawulaty" was 1.80% of total votes. a Majority of 99.9% of shareholders voted to continue, while 1110 shareholders abstained from voting.
Thus the company will continue to operate and provide 4th Generation (4G) Broadband Data and Voice services to consumer and business sectors. The company will also expand its operation by opening more branches in major cities.
