We want to ensure our customers get the right service or solution every time and working with channel partners who add value to their business is the best way to do this in the Middle East. I am proud of every single one of my partners in this region as their exemplary customer first attitude is the main reason Xerox is winning this award.”
“What makes a successful channel player is knowing which offering the customer wants and needs and can best be serviced with and then supplying it to them with a level of customer satisfaction that is unbeatable,” added Smith
