TeleFinity Joins Aastra Approved Partner Program A2P2

Published Jun 12, 2011

TeleFinity, the telecom solutions provider based in Jordan, announced that it has joined the Aastra Approved Partner Program A2P2 as Qualified Member.

Compatibility and interoperability testing have been successfully completed for LogFinity IP 2.2 and LogFinity Ent 2.2 Call Recording Solutions.
LogFinity call recording solution is a complete, intuitive, robust and scalable solution that addresses recording needs of multi sites/multi servers businesses, providing total resilience and operational flexbility. A solution that gives organizations the power to record in high volume environments.

LogFinity is a centralized server solution, where the telephony servers will store, compress, encrypt and save each call conversation on the Storage Server. At the same time it saves calls information on the Database Server, which enhances calls search.

Ideal to be used for legal recording, quality monitoring, dispute resolution environments like banking & trading and call centers, LogFinity also allows immediate evaluation and assessment of agent's performance; by monitoring calls while the conversation is taking place and being recorded in all the servers at the same time without the need to run more than one single application.

LogFinity comes in two flavors (Enterprise and IP) capable of capturing and recording calls in traditional telecom as well as in Voice over IP (VoIP) enterprise networks.

"The LogFinity IP 2.2 and LogFinity Ent 2.2 solutions have been tested comprehensively in our labs and have been verified at several customers' sites in the field. We can confirm that they meet all requirements to be used as qualified products with Aastra MX-ONE version 4.1 Communication Manager," says Marcus Junthe', head of product management and support at Aastra Middle East & Africa.

Waseem Al-Ghanem, CEO of TeleFinity concludes on this partnership, "We are happy to have our products tested with one of the leading manufacturers in Enterprise IP Telephony Aastra, who was recognized by Network World Middle East as the Enterprise telephony vendor of the year 2011."

Al Ghanem adds, "Our solutions were tested in traditional (TDM) environments as well as in IP and SIP environments."
