FSI Enters Into ERCOM’s Capital

ERCOM, a French company specialized in design and development of innovative telecom solutions, has announced a large capital increase.

Leading company in the development of cutting edge technologies designed for testing, measuring and securing telecom networks, ERCOM will accelerate the development of its range of 4G/LTE solution and boost its international presence.

The capital increase achieved with the assistance of Lazard financial consulting bank, is jointly subscribed by the FSI and historical financial shareholders Alven Capital, A plus Finance, Capzanine and OTC Asset Management.

This significant increase its financial capacity will enable ERCOM to complete its technological developments and will allow potential acquisitions in order to become a worldwide leader in its sector.

The company has made major technological and commercial headway since 2008. As CEO Didier Pagnoux points out, \"The entry of the FSI into ERCOM\'s capital will allow intensification of our international development. The company will accelerate its development and customer support capacity, especially in North America and Asia, two key zones in the development of 4G/LTE networks\".
