Help AG Receives Multiple Awards For Outstanding Security Services

help AG, a leader in strategic information security consulting, continues to receive regional recognition for superior security services in the Middle East. help AG was awarded Symantec Security Partner of the Year for the second time in a row at the Symantec 2011 MENA Partner Summit and the Reseller of the Year award from Reseller Middle East. Additionally help AG received a Special Achievement award from F5, the global leader in Application Delivery Control and Web Application Firewall technology, at the vendor’s annual EMEA Partner Summit conference.
help AG was presented the Security Partner of the Year award for Symantec based on its specialization on Symantec advanced technologies, like Data Loss Prevention & automated IT Control Compliance solutions, highest security revenue, highest security growth and highest deals generated for security. MENA Partner Summit & Channel Awards is an annual event that Symantec holds to connect with their partners. The Summit is a full day event bringing experts from across the globe to discuss the latest trends and insights that will impact regional partners. “help AG has made tremendous strides in the region’s security sector this year. Their proactivity, solid understanding of the security challenges faced by companies, and their ability to educate the Middle East and North Africa region on the benefits of information protection and management have earned them the recognition of Symantec’s Security Partner of the Year,” stated Johnny Karam, Regional Director, Symantec MENA.
Reseller Middle East chose help AG for the Reseller of the Year award because of help AG’s ability to identify new, innovative solutions in the market through research and development, and for successfully implementing new technologies over the past year. The Partner Excellence awards measures the achievements of vendors, distributors, system integrators, and resellers in the region. help AG differentiated itself by coming up with technical solutions for complex problems and by using a product portfolio of over 15 leading IT vendors.
In additional, help AG received the F5 Special Achievement award based on quality and customer satisfaction criteria as well as revenue gains. help AG increased their F5 business by more than 100% and competed with over 50 partners and resellers in the Middle East region to gain the Special Achievement award.
Help AG is currently the only F5 UNITY Gold Partner and UNITY Support Service Partner in the UAE. “This award is testament to help AG’s commitment to and focus on F5, and they have reaped the rewards of so doing” said Michael Schoenrock, Director Channels & Alliances EMEA at F5 Networks. “We aim to maintain this close partnership as we seek to drive further adoption of F5 application delivery technologies in the Middle East.”
