First Service Scores A First With New Outsourcing Services For Egyptian Market

First Service, a subsidiary of Mobiserve Holding (www.mobiserveholding.com) a regional solution provider and business process outsourcing (BPO) leader headed by Mobiserve's CEO Mr. Sameh Atalla, introduces innovative BPO services to the market as one of the first of several strategic initiatives in furthering their success. For more than a decade, the company has been a trusted outsourcing partner, providing a comprehensive range of trusted BPO services, including printing, enveloping, packaging, mass delivery, CD burning, inventory management, fresh and bad debt collection, SIM and scratch card packaging along with outsourced call center services from its state of the art call center.

First Service recently announced its cash collection service for electronic payment providers in Egypt, partnering with electronic bill payment provider Fawry, giving their customers a fast new way of paying their bills. Through the partnership, Fawry customers can now pay their post paid bills for mobile operators, internet service providers, and others from the convenience of their home using First Service’s dependable cash collection service.
Customers can call First Service’s hot line 16055 all week long, except for Fridays. Locations currently served are Heliopolis and North Cairo with more service areas to be announced soon.

Furthermore, the company's call center services manage on behalf of companies the inbound or the outbound campaigns. Companies can also easily access their platform to monitor their reports. First Service’s reliable call center infrastructure and platform is equipped to handle the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as large companies. Overall, First Service maintains an impressive client portfolio across several industries such as banking, insurance, hospitality, and telecom sectors.

This year, First Service also introduced the new digital archiving service that enables its customers to safely archive their documents, and ensure their easy accessibility. First Service utilizes the highest encryption and security levels to guarantee the safekeeping of the clients’ documents.
Later First Service plans to introduce more diversified BPO services to fill market needs such as tailored solutions for the banking sector.
