Get Free Credit When You Receive Calls With du’s ‘Bonus On Incoming’ Offer

Published Jul 31, 2011

du is all about rewarding its customers and the latest offer, Bonus on Incoming, gives back to mobile users in the best of ways. Whether you’re on one of our Elite plans, Pay as you Go or a Visitor Mobile Line, you can get free credit while receiving calls.

Bonus on Incoming was first introduced in 2010, when it created a big splash amongst du customers. This year, due to popular demand, we are reintroducing the offer and all mobile users will receive 0.1fils for every second of every incoming call they receive from any UAE number – that’s 6 fils per minute! The free credit can be used the way customer wants, including national and international outgoing calls, SMS or data.

“This is a unique, exciting way of rewarding our customers,” commented Farid Faraidooni, Chief Commercial Officer at du. “It’s an offer that will really get people thinking - how creative can you be to generate as many incoming calls as possible? Bonus on Incoming is a great way of encouraging people to keep in touch; friends can call friends, children can call their parents, and the rewards are doubled – not only do you get to connect with a loved one, but you’re giving them something at the same time. It’s win-win for our customers.”

Pay as you Go customers will receive their free credit at the end of the incoming phone call, while Elite Plan customers will see it added to their monthly bill.

In order to subscribe to the Bonus on Incoming promotion, du mobile users can activate the service for free by calling 135 and selecting option 4!
