Etisalat Enables Charity Organisations To Receive Online Donations

Etisalat announced that it enables Charity Organisations to receive online donations through the Etisalat Payment Gateway (EPG). Charity organisations with a web presence can leverage Etisalat Payment Gateway service, free of cost in 2011, to generate online donations. Donors will be able to make online donations through the respective charity organizations’ websites using Etisalat Payment Gateways Services.
Donations are traditionally made to the respective Charity in cash or cheque payments. The creation of an online payment mechanism will encourage users to make donations at a click of a button, and further increase the in-flow of donations, through a convenient and interactive donation interface.
Commenting on the solution, Rashed Al Abbar , Etisalat’s Director of e-Commerce said: “Ramadan is the Holy Month of fasting and giving, with Charity being a prime focus for many individuals and businesses.
