Egypt’s Yellow Pages On BlackBerry

Egypt’s Yellow Pages mobile users can download the new Yellow pages BlackBerry Native Application, YellowPages.com.eg directly from BlackBerry App World.

Egypt Yellow Pages, an information search company initially launched the mobile service in March 2011. The company plans to complete the full rollout to enable BlackBerry mobile users to download the application and use the service.

BlackBerry App World signed an agreement with Egypt’s mobile providers to provide users with a selection of mobile applications, including YellowPages.com.eg.

“The Egypt Yellow Pages BlackBerry Native App is unique for a number of reasons,” said Egypt Yellow Pages Regional Managing Director Marc Lambert.

“It is the first BlackBerry App World applications developed in Egypt and published from Egypt. The final form was also largely shaped by our community of users on various social-networking sites.”
