ISnSC R&D branch in Dubai officially launches the SNSP™ (Social Networks Security Program) for the MENA region.
Through the last years, ISnSC has investigated several cases involving either spreading rumors or leaking sensitive company information to the public. Almost all cases had included using the Social Networks as means of information dissemination. With the increasing usage of Social Networks such as Facebook, MySpace, Blogs, Forums, Chats, etc. by both the employees and the competitors, new threats appeared such as reconstructing a company organizational structure, leaking HR information, leaking financial information etc.. An increasing risk that needs to be managed.
“It is not a matter of having fun anymore” Said Ms. Sherif Hazzaa, CEO of ISnSC Research & Development. ”most employees do not get trained for the essential element of a friendly information, and thus can’t decide what to post on their walls or not” Hazzaa added “imagine an employee posting he or she is scared to be laid off as the rest of the friends in an organization, will it impact your corporate image?!”
This need, urged ISnSC to release its SNSP™ to government sector and financial sector specifically in the MENA region.
