R&M Showcases Fiber Solutions At FTTH Council MENA Conference

Reichle & De-Massari (R&M, www.rdm.com), the Swiss structured cabling specialist, exhibited at the FTTH council MENA Conference recently held in Sharm El Sheikh. The company also participated as a sponsor for the third edition of the FTTH Council MENA’s event.
His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Salem, Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology of Egypt, granted his patronage to the event, which also featured the CEO of Egypt’s National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA), Dr. Amr Badawi as a keynote speaker.
Among other notable speakers, R&M’s Martin Kellenberger, Head of Consulting and Program Manager for FTTH, shared his insights in terms of key success factors for a sustainable fiber optic infrastructure as a long term investment. Additionally, Mr. Kellenberger presented best practices for the roll out of FTTH infrastructure and the influence of installer-skills for safe transmission.
R&M also showcased their latest breakthrough modular Fiber to the Home (FTTH) solutions and innovations.
