New Xerox Color Printer Brings More Speed, Productivity To Offices Large And Small

Published Dec 19, 2011

The new Xerox Phaser® 6700 color printer, with speeds up to 47 pages per minute, is not only fast, but also handles complex jobs with ease, saving customers money by using less energy through patented Xerox technology.

The Phaser 6700 combines fast performance and exceptional reliability with accurate color quality – making it ideal for small and medium sized businesses and large workgroups alike. The printer offers 2400 x 1200 dpi resolution and “Color by Words 2.0” – an interactive technology that leverages common, everyday words to help users describe intended color output.

Other key features include:

• Xerox’s patented EA-Eco toner, which has a lower fusing temperature, reduces power consumption by up to 20 percent and CO2 emissions by up to 35 percent compared to conventional toner.

• Security features, such as Secure Print, along with free standard and built-in support, keep sensitive documents secure.

• The Print Around feature that keeps work flowing by moving jobs ahead of stalled documents in print queue.

• A color touch-screen interface that makes walk-up operation fast and easy; embedded videos provide quick troubleshooting assistance.

Availability and pricing:

Starting at $2,049, the Phaser 6700 is ENERGY STAR® qualified and backed by the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee. It is available immediately in the Middle East through Xerox resellers, dealers and concessionaires, by calling 1-866-480-3119 or at http://www.xerox.com/direct.
